We automate
for people.
Not for war.

Automation is a powerful tool. We make a conscious choice about what we use it for – and what we don't.

Fact

Weapons always have one purpose:
to injure or kill people.

Anyone who is directly involved in weapons production and its value chain does not take a neutral position – they contribute to the purpose of those weapons.

Value chain

Every link in this chain contributes to the final result – including anyone who supplies "just" a single part. This chain is not acceptable to us: no revenue, no contract, no economic pressure justifies taking part in it.

Step 01 Order acceptance A company accepts an order from the arms industry.
Step 02 Supply of components Parts, software or know-how are manufactured and delivered.
Step 03 Integration The component is built into a weapons system.
Step 04 Deployment The weapons system is deployed in conflict.
Result People are injured and killed. At the end of every chain there is suffering – and that applies to everyone involved before it.

Our principles

Six points we hold ourselves to.

01

We stand for peace

Peace is not a sudden state that simply happens. Peace is a conscious decision and the foundation of what we do.

02

We stand for life

Every business decision carries responsibility for human lives. We take that responsibility seriously.

03

Together

A society works through solidarity. We believe in shared solutions and synergy.

04

No blood on our hands

We categorically reject any direct or indirect involvement in weapons production.

05

No lobby support

We do not fund the interests of the arms industry – neither through contracts nor through silence.

06

Leading by example

We want to show that economic success and an ethical stance are not a contradiction, but a recipe for success.

Warning signs of our time

History repeats itself –
if we don't pay attention.

The last century taught us a bitter lesson: when economically struggling companies begin to cooperate with the arms industry, that is not a neutral business decision.

It is the entry into a spiral that drags countries and societies into serious conflicts. Whoever produces something also has an interest in their product being used.

In war there are only losers – destruction, death, broken societies. In the end only a few profit: among them the arms lobby.

Ethics as a decision

What we use our technology
for – and what we don't.

Weapons systems & arms industry

No contracts, no components, no know-how transfer for military applications.

Rejected

Indirect arms supply chains

No cooperation with companies that produce primarily for the weapons industry.

Rejected

Intralogistics & industrial automation

We automate processes that relieve people, improve work and strengthen companies.

Our focus

A positive future for people

Technologies that simplify lives, conserve resources and create prosperity – for everyone.

Our focus
Synergy

Standing together.
Creating synergies.

We are glad when we can share our values with our partners and customers beyond purely commercial matters. We hope our example will inspire: for a technology that serves people, and for an economy that succeeds without any involvement in arms and war.

With partners

Long-term relationships with our international suppliers and technology partners.

With customers

We support our customers in their success – with solutions that relieve people.

For society

Synergies arise where economic success and social responsibility go hand in hand.

"Our Choice.
Our Children. Our Future."

This stance is not marketing. It is a decision we make anew every day – for a world in which our children can live in peace.
